Quattro Nano Process
1) The reliable alkaline degreasing process ensures that the steel pipe is super-clean. This is the basis for every quality process thus binds all the raw materials better.
2) Nanoceramic conversion layer; Nanoparticles perfectly blend into the steel pipe. This closes the pores and improves the adhesion of the subsequent undercoat.
3) Undercoat; A basecoat smoothes irregularities at the surface. That optimally protects the base from rust.
4) Top Coat; this serves as cover and protective layer for particularly robust corrosion protection. At the same time the corners and edges have a fine surface feel.
