Waiver/content We have taken every care in preparation of the content in this website; however some information may from time to time become incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. To the full extent permitted by law, but subject to terms and conditions of sale referred to below, we disclaim all warranties and representations - whether implied or expressed – as to the accuracy of any information content on the site.

Definitions/interpretations Contract: the contract for the sale and the purchase of goods. Goods: the range of plants or any products available for purchase from our website in accordance with the terms.

Price of goods/Transport All the prices are quoted in British pounds (£) and include value added tax (VAT).Delivery charges are quoted when purchasing goods (please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver) We cannot accept any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. We aim to the goods by the dates quoted when orders are processed, but delivery periods are not guaranteed. Name of our parcels are guaranteed to be waterproof. 

Matters We will not be liable to you or in breach of the contract for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.

Cookies  Cookies are small pieces of information which are stored by your browser on your computer hard drive; these cookies will never store any details relating you or your credit cards.

Ownership of Rights Any use of this website, our company name, logos or the website content, including copying, storing in whole or pot, other than for your own personal use. Non commercial use is prohibited without or with permission. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on our website for any purpose.

Damage to Your Computer We make every effort to make sure this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any other links accessible through it, it won’t cause damage to your computer.

Returns Procedure If you wish to return any product bought from us we will be happy to refund or exchange the product, providing it is in a resalable condition.

·         Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original , undamaged packaging

·         A 20% handle charge will be deducted from any goods returned

·         Delivery charges for returned stock must be paid for by the customer which must be arranged by themselves

·         Goods may be returned in store to Newland Nurseries Garden Centre, Coppice lane, Middleton, Nr. Tamworth (Staffs), B78 2BU.  Contact number: 0121-308-7197. 20% handling fee applies.  

Refund Policy We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on perishable goods such as seeds, bulbs, flowers or plants unless they are faulty. Delivery charges on returns must be paid and arranged by the customer.
